We have systemized the elements of process management and quality control related to the production of eggs and established KPIs in order to create a system that make it possible to manage poultry farms worldwide consistently.

We continue to refine our know-how to constantly improve production efficiency, including the formulation of production plans and rotation plans, the selection of equipment, and the implementation of biosecurity measures. This ongoing commitment to refinement also applies to enhancing the expertise that allows us to consistently produce eggs that are safe and secure.

Technical support achievements
GIPF（Gulf International Poultry Farm）
ISE Corporation introduced ISE Model, a system consisting of breeding technology and know-how developed in Japan, to Oman and established and commenced operations of GIPF.
Aiming to improve the egg self-sufficient rate in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, GIPF began operating in November 2022 and commenced the full production with 1,2 million of layers and 400,000 of chicks in April 2024. It is the group farm for Arabian Food Production Company (AFPC),which was established through investments made jointly with local companies.
We have been involved in this project since its inception in 2016 and have been providing our expertise concerning various aspects of poultry farming, beginning with the selection of candidate sites and providing ongoing advice up until the present day. We are continuing to contribute to improvement of egg quality in this region.
Oman's Most Trusted Brand Awards 2023
Dana is a brand of packed eggs sold domestically in Oman by Gulf International Poultry Farm which is the largest farm of its kind in the Middle East. It is an entity we entered into a partnership with and provide technical support. Dana received Oman's Most Trusted Brand Awards 2023 and was the first company to win this award in Oman's egg industry.
Oman's Most Trusted Brand Awards is a prestigious award chosen by public voting for the most trusted brands of Oman in not only the food sector but also other categories.
This award is the result of the high appreciation of the safe and secure eggs with Japanese quality (ISE Model) by the people of Oman.
Gulf International Poultry Farm will continue to provide its high-quality eggs to consumers in Oman and the rest of the Middle East.
The Best Flock Award 2024
Gulf International Poultry Farm, the largest farm of its kind in the Middle East and an entity with which we have partnered and provide technical support, received the Best Flock Award 2024 in November 2024.
The Best Flock Award is a prestigious award given to the poultry farm that has outperformed all others in terms of egg production in the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council{Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Quatar, UAE and Oman}) area. Gulf International Poultry Farm won this award in recognition of its high productivity and exceptional flock management practices.
This award is a testament to how a Japanese model (ISE Model) of breeding-management technologies can, even in the GCC area, produce outstanding results and contribute to the development of sustainable poultry operations and the stable supply of food in the Middle East through the provision of cutting-edge technical support.
Farm Management
Matsushima Farm, a dedicated egg-production farm that processes products for 7-Eleven
We operate this directly managed farm while enjoying the bounties of nature amid the rich natural environment of Matsushima Town, Miyagi Prefecture, designated as one of the three most scenic spots of Japan.
We have introduced the latest poultry-farming equipment, egg-washing and sorting equipment, and composting facilities and are engaged in highly efficient production activities while practicing stringent infectious disease prevention and implementing quality control measures based on ISE Model. This allows the daily shipment of fresh eggs from Matsushima Farm in accordance with the slogan-Delicious eggs from Matsushima to the world.
Matsushima Farm was designed to undertake production activities in accordance with the concept of realizing (1) the world's highest level of productivity (2) the world's highest level of infectious disease prevention (3) a recycling-oriented poultry farming business taking environmental issues into account

We aim to produce chicken eggs in a environmentally friendly manner by recycling chicken eggs and chicken manure produced at our farm through a double loop-the feed recycling loop and food recycling loop-in collaboration with the Group companies.

Egg Development
We conduct research with the objective of improving and freely controlling the taste of eggs. Some of the feed that is supplied to produce delicious eggs is provided on a premixed basis.
We treat egg taste as a subject for scientific investigations. Sensory, physical and chemical analyses are harnessed in conducting research that will allow us to scientifically and quantitatively express taste.
In addition to taking the feed approach that is specific to egg producers, we pursue the delicious taste that consumers seek and appreciate.
We are developing additive feeds that realize the deliciousness of eggs by conducting repeated cross tests and analyses, and working on developing technology to freely control the taste of eggs and lead to commercialization.
